Return and exchange policy

1. Voluntary Right of Return
We grant you a voluntary right of return for 14 days from receipt of the goods. Within this period, you can return unused items to us.

2. Requirements for a Return
A return is only possible if the following conditions are met:

• The items are unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
• All tags, especially the "Lass mich dran" (Leave me on) tag, are still undamaged and attached.
• The goods are returned carefully and in their original packaging.
• The return was registered in advance via email (info@levanolifestyle.ch)

Registration helps us to correctly assign your return and ensure quick processing.

3. Exceptions to the Right of Return
Excluded from the voluntary right of return are:

• Reduced items / Sale products
• Items that show signs of wear or are no longer in their original condition.

4. Return Shipping Costs
The return shipping costs are generally borne by the customer.

5. Refund
After receipt and inspection of the returned goods, the refund will be processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method used.

If an item does not meet the return conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the return or to issue a partial refund.
