Shipping and Payment Terms

1. Delivery Area
We deliver exclusively within Switzerland. Delivery to other countries is currently not possible.

2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are CHF 4.90. For orders over CHF 50.00, delivery is free of charge.

3. Delivery and Transfer of Risk
Deliveries are made to the address provided by the customer. Delivery time: 2–5 working days. The customer will be informed as soon as possible in case of delivery delays. Delivery is made to the delivery address provided by the customer within Switzerland. The delivery times stated in the online shop are non-binding estimates. Benefit and risk transfer to the customer as soon as the consignment has been handed over to the executing transport company (Swiss Post). The seller accepts no liability for delivery delays or damage during postal transit.

4. Transport Damage
Please check the goods for external damage as soon as possible upon receipt. Obvious transport damage must be reported immediately to the delivery agent. We kindly ask you to also inform us within 48 hours via email (info@levanolifestyle.ch).

5. Retention of Title
The goods remain the property of LEVANO GmbH until full payment. The items are marked with a "Lass mich dran" (Leave me on) tag, which the customer must leave on the item until payment. If an item is returned without or with a damaged tag, it will be excluded from return.

6. Shipping Service Provider
Shipping is carried out by Swiss Post.

7. Partial Deliveries
We are entitled to make partial deliveries if this is reasonable for a speedy processing.

8. Refusal of Acceptance & Non-deliverability

If a shipment is not accepted or cannot be delivered, we reserve the right to charge for the incurred costs (shipping, return, processing).

Payment Terms

1. Payment Methods
We offer the following payment options:

  • Mastercard, Visa, American Express
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay
  • TWINT
  • Klarna

In the case of purchase on account, the customer automatically defaults after the payment period expires, after which reminder fees may be charged per reminder.

The provider reserves the right to exclude certain payment methods.

2. Payment Due Date
Payment is due immediately upon order.

3. Prices
All prices in the online shop are stated in Swiss Francs (CHF). Additionally incurred shipping costs are shown separately in the order process.

4. Retention of Title
The goods remain the property of LEVANO GmbH until full payment, in accordance with the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR).

5. Payment Processing
Payment processing is handled by certified third-party providers. Their data protection and terms of use also apply.
