Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed via the online shop of LEVANO GmbH, 8820 Wädenswil, Switzerland (hereinafter referred to as "Provider").

By placing a binding order via the online shop, the customer fully accepts these GTC. Deviating customer conditions are not recognized.

2. Offer and Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an non-binding invitation to order. By clicking the "Buy" (or similar) button, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the goods contained in the shopping cart. The purchase contract is only concluded when the seller accepts the order by means of an order confirmation sent by email.

3. Prices
All prices in the online shop are given in Swiss francs (CHF). Any additional shipping costs will be shown separately during the ordering process.

4. Payment
The following payment methods are accepted:

  • Mastercard, Visa, American Express
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay
  • TWINT
  • Klarna

In the case of purchase on account, the customer automatically defaults after the payment deadline has expired, whereupon reminder fees can be charged per reminder.

The provider reserves the right to exclude certain payment methods.

5. Delivery and Transfer of Risk
Deliveries are made to the address specified by the customer. Delivery time: 2–5 business days.
In case of delivery delays, the customer will be informed as soon as possible.

Delivery is made to the delivery address provided by the customer within Switzerland. The delivery times specified in the online shop are non-binding estimates. Benefit and risk transfer to the customer as soon as the shipment has been handed over to the executing transport company (Swiss Post). The seller assumes no liability for delivery delays or damage during postal transit.

6. Retention of Title
The goods remain the property of LEVANO GmbH until full payment has been received. The items are provided with a "Leave me on" tag, which the customer must leave on the item until payment. If an item is returned without or with a damaged tag, it will be excluded from return.

7. Right of Withdrawal / Returns
There is no statutory right of withdrawal in Switzerland.
The provider voluntarily grants a right of return of 14 days from receipt of the goods.

Conditions:

  • The goods are unused and in their original packaging.
  • The "Leave me on" tag must be on the item in its original, undamaged condition.
  • The return shipping costs are borne by the buyer. All returns must be registered in advance by email (info@levanolifestyle.ch) – this way we can assign your return faster and speed up the process for you.

8. Warranty
The statutory warranty rights under Swiss law apply.
The provider can fulfill the warranty either by replacement delivery or repair.

9. Liability
The seller's liability for slight negligence as well as for indirect damages, consequential damages and lost profits is fully excluded to the extent permitted by law. The seller is not liable for damages resulting from improper use of the products by the customer.

10. Data Protection
The protection of personal data is carried out in accordance with the separate Privacy Policy on this website.

11. Place of Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
Swiss law applies exclusively. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of LEVANO GmbH.

12. Final Provisions
Should individual provisions of these GTC be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
