Return and exchange policy

1. Voluntary Return Policy
We grant you a voluntary right of return of 14 days from receipt of the goods. Within this period, you can return unused items to us.

 

2. Prerequisites for a Return
A return is only possible if the following conditions are met:

• Items are unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
• All tags, especially the "Lass mich dran" tag, are still undamaged and attached.
• The goods are returned carefully and in their original packaging.
• The return was registered in advance via email (info@levanolifestyle.ch).

Registration helps us to correctly assign your return and ensure quick processing.

 

3. Exceptions to the Return Policy
Excluded from the voluntary return policy are:

• Reduced items / Sale products
• Items that show signs of wear or are no longer in their original condition. 

 

4. Return Shipping Costs
The customer generally bears the return shipping costs.

 

5. Refund
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods, the refund will be processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method used.

Should an item not meet the return conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the return or to issue a partial refund.
